 Hypercube Technology , an IT service provider which has clients in all areas of business: Government, Healthcare, Law firms, Construction, Global Non-Profits, Hotel, Media, Agricultural, Automotive, Industrial production, and many more. When hired, I was handed the accounts to the 15 largest clients we served; dealing with every aspect of IT related services. Support of all servers, workstations, laptops, peripheral and software at all locations. Acquisitions, Sales, or Mergers of clients companies, I would head the team in-charge of client data during any transitions. Expansions and office moves, I would be in-charge of any construction suggestions or changes for Data and Phone cabling and equipment, Installing network, server and telecom equipment. Dealing with service providers on telecom and internet, Suggested upgrades on a needed basis.

·   Project- Server consolidation at 6 clients, taking all physical servers and moving to Virtualization of servers using Microsoft Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Hyper-V  & Microsoft Server 20012 Hyper-V 

·   New Client migration from Cloud hosted terminal server to in-house hosted terminal server with exchange, saving client thousands per month is fees.

·   Assisted the U.S Secret Service with setting up security camera system for the local rallies of Presidential Candidate Donald J. Trump.

Electronic Medical Records Consultant / Network Engineer

Hired to evaluate the networks of small medical practices; inspect all servers, and workstations, in order to upgrade the location to a new Medical Electronic Records System (EMR) or Billing system.  During upgrades with 4 techs we would perform Migrations and/or Data transfers of Windows XP to Windows 7 or 8, made backup Images of Current XP systems, sometimes converting Images to be used for VMware Workstation 9 on Windows 7 Pro, for propriety applications that are unstable on Windows 7 or 8. We would also migrate and add servers to a location that could handle the new EMR Software.

Some locations would require an upgrade of routers and switches to handle the network traffic for remote billing and nightly backups to an offsite location.  Implementation of new antivirus, security  and policies for various requirements,  Finally, l assisted new and existing companies to help write or update their IT policies for there organization.

·   Upgraded around 15 locations in the Tampa, Orlando, and Sarasota  areas

·   Migrated Server versions from  Server 2003 R2, Small Business Server 2011 to Server 2012

·   Migrated Exchange servers from  Exchange Sever 2003  to  Exchange Server 2010

Security Clearance- Department of Defense “Secret”

Government contract for US Naval Military Sealift Command, my team and I were deployed out on projects around the world to various US Naval MSC ships to do the GOSUP install which consists of Life cycle upgrades: building servers and installing racks wiring and equipment in the office, QA servers and racks before shipping to site. Coordinate with ships Captain, Port Liaison, Ship Yards Administration or dock operation crew on equipment shipments and movement to location on ship, our teams had a 3-4 week time frame while on ship, The amount of the assets on the ships can be anywhere between 20 to 150 desktop computers, 10 to 50 printers, 2 laptops, and 4 to 8 servers. Upgrade or replace entire rack and equipment; implement and manage ships network equipment, software and deploy security patches, testing fiber optics drops to workstations and servers.

·   Being team lead on trips to various locations and in charge of upwards of 6-10 techs.

·   Transferring and Updating Global Active Directory Catalog Server with Data centers on connections via time shared satellite.

·   Global Active Directory of over 100+ Domains

·   Performing Exchange Server Data transfer of all emails for all users to newer system.

Managed three domain site locations, with 300 users out of a Global Active Directory consisting of 30+ domains, 1200 + users worldwide. ·   Migration upgrade of NT 4.0 to 2000 and 2003 Active Directory domain. (In all three locations)

·   Migration of exchange 5.5 to 2003 and converting from the Havatampa to the AltadisUSA domain

·   Upgraded 80% of all Users computer Equipment (4 yr replacement plan)

·   Incorporated a warehouse inventory wireless scanning system with symbol PPT 8800 scanners
